Jacqueline Nuñez is dedicated to creating exceptional residential developments. Her and WonderGroup's reputations are one and the same, built on attention to detail and results that speak for themselves. She holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, a master's degree from University of Rhode Island, and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. Jacqueline is a resident of Savin Hill, Dorchester and proprietor of Gratitud vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina.
Architect and Founder/Principal of MERGE Architects, Inc.
Elizabeth Whittaker is an associate professor of architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. She earned her master's degree in architecture with distinction from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a bachelor's in architecture and environmental design from North Carolina State University. Awards Elizabeth has won include the Core Studio Prize, the Faculty Design Award, and the John E. Thayer Award for overall academic achievement.
Civil Engineer and President of Design Consultants, Inc.
David Giangrande is a certified civil engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
He earned both a master's degree in Transportation Engineering and a bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Kate Kennen is a faculty member in the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Landscape Architecture Department
She holds a master’s degree with distinction in landscape architecture from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Jeffrey Rhodin is an ESNET Certified HERS Rater, SGBC Green Rater, ENERGY STAR® Partner, and Indoor airPLUS Partner.
A certified Lean Sigma Black Belt, Jeffrey earned his degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
Contractor, Carpenter, and Owner of MPX Services, Inc.
Joao is WonderGroup's general contractor, craftsman carpenter, and team MVP.
He has an incredible eye for detail and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all others on the project. He particularly enjoys ground-up work.
Living in Malden with his wife and son, Joao has worked with WonderGroup since 2005.
Carpenter and Owner of GSC Carpentry
Gilson is a fine-finish carpenter with 20 years of experience.
Working with WonderGroup since 2005, he builds staircases, accent walls, railings, flooring, and anything else he touches with precision.
Gilson is a proficient fisherman and cook, and lives in Malden with his wife and 2 children.
Electrician and Owner of Boston Pro Development
Luiz Wronski has been the exclusive electrician of WonderGroup since 2003.
He was trained as an electrical engineer at the University of Santa Catarina and has 20 years of experience in the field.
Projects with complicated layouts, elevators, intricate lighting and other challenges are those that Luiz finds particularly satisfying.
Luiz is married with 2 children and lives in Belmont.
Plumber and Owner of Wellington Plumbing and Heating, Inc.
Proprietor, pilot, and plumber Wellington Farias has been working with WonderGroup since 2004.
He is a high-end tradesman who appreciates the quality of work he's able to do with Jacqueline and her team.
Wellington enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children in Winchester, and skydiving with his mother in Brazil.
Painter and Owner of Cuartas Painting, Inc.
Originally from Colombia, painter Efren Cuartas and his team have been putting the finishing touches on WonderGroup creations since 2003. He enjoys taking on high-quality, creative projects and seeking out new and better ways to accomplish his work.
Efren lives in Revere with his wife and 2 children.
Attorney and Partner Gilmartin Magence, LLP
Eric Cataldo joined his firm in 2001 as a law clerk and was named partner in 2011. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and concentrates on condominium conversions, representing developers in projects that range from 3 to more than 300 units.
Born and raised in Rome, New York, Eric is a 1999 graduate of Boston College and a 2002 graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
